How the evidence works: The evidence is carrier-vantage call completion bound to in-band DTMF keyed by a technician on site. It is not a direct electrical test of the copper.

The platform calls the line

The service calls the line under test. On answer it speaks a 4-digit nonce and collects it back as DTMF. The technician on site keys what they hear. A match is the PASS. A PASS requires a technician on site to key a nonce heard in-band — it is a two-party test, not a remote probe.

The line calls the platform

The platform arms a time window and shows the technician a 6-digit code. The technician dials the platform's number from the buttset on site and keys the code. The platform captures the calling number and matches the code.

When a test fails /

Positive-control call

Isolating the failure

The platform places a positive-control call to a known-good mobile inside the same failure window. If that control call completes, the failure is isolated to the line under test rather than to the platform's ability to place a call at that moment. It also collects a structured technician questionnaire: dial tone? ringback? reorder? intercept? demarc or inside wiring? The verdict is deterministic — computed by fixed logic, enforced in the classifier, a database constraint, and the PDF. A language model never decides a verdict.

A credit is only consumed when a test reaches a definitive verdict AND the proof artifacts are durably stored. Anything inconclusive, crashed, or provider-failed releases the credit back — the customer keeps it. A broker or shop buys credits and hands an access token to a field technician. No monthly minimum, no subscription.
